You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Extended Return Period for the Holidays

We understand that Christmas gifts may not always be suitable. Therefore, we are extending the return period for orders placed from December 10th to December 31st, 2025, by 30 days.

Please contact us by email at service@zapstoreaka.com and send us photos of the items you wish to return. The products must be unused and in perfect condition.

Note on Outbound Shipping Costs

If you withdraw from this contract in due time, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Important conditions for reimbursement:

Complete withdrawal: Reimbursement of outbound shipping costs will only occur if the entire order is fully withdrawn within the 14-day period.

Partial withdrawal: In case of a partial withdrawal (you keep at least one item), outbound shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Expiration of the period: After the statutory 14-day period has expired, there is no longer a legal claim to the reimbursement of outbound shipping costs.

Note on Return Costs

We offer free returns for orders within Germany only if the reason for return is due to a quality defect (e.g., damaged goods, malfunction).

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., size doesn't fit, item not liked, does not meet expectations) the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

2. Return Process

The customer must first contact your customer service to inform them of their intention to return the goods and provide the necessary information such as order details, product details, reason for return, etc.

II. Shipping Your Return

Please package the goods securely and send them to the return address provided by us. Please keep the shipping receipt as proof.

After shipping, send us the tracking number by email so that we can track the status of the return in a timely manner.

III. Processing Your Return 

Once we have received your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. Upon approval, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you wish to exchange an item, please first contact us according to the return process described above. We will then process your exchange order for you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, opened personal care products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods.
